The Historical Jesus

INTRODUCTION

Jesus Christ was perhaps the most famous person to have existed and was arguably the most influential as well.  The example of His life and the power of his teachings has certainly altered the course of history to include nothing less than the rise and fall of nations.   So it is perplexing that some who are inexplicably opposed to his New Testament commandments to love one another and to forgive injury, and to live one’s life in accordance with the Ten Commandments of the Old Testament, could claim the historical Jesus was entirely fictional.

This is even more so as the historical evidence is orders of magnitude larger than that of the second most famous person of antiquity.
